Production of the SP7 minivan, based on the Chinese JAC Refine RF8 model, has started at the Sollers plant in Yelabuga. Assembly is carried out in a full cycle, including welding and painting of bodies. The company plans to deepen localization by establishing the production of power units, electronics, and safety systems in Russia.
The SP7 is offered in a seven-seater version for family trips and in a four-seater business configuration with a partition, individual multimedia screen, and function control via tablet. Equipment includes seats with heating, ventilation, and massage, six airbags, all-round cameras, adaptive cruise control, and a digital instrument panel.
Under the hood is a 2.0-liter gasoline turbo engine with a capacity of 237 hp, compliant with the Euro-6 standard, paired with an 8-speed "automatic". Prices will be revealed in the fall of 2025, but a range of 5-6.5 million rubles is expected, which is cheaper than competitors like the GAC M8. The main demand is projected from corporate clients and government agencies interested in local assembly and a favorable price.
