Li Auto has announced that its new i8 crossover, which will begin deliveries on August 20, 2025, has no direct competitors due to its unique combination of features. The model is aimed at family trips and offers increased range, 5C fast charging, and a spacious interior with six full seats, allowing it to occupy a special niche in the market.
The crossover stands out for its build quality: refrigerator, TV, comfortable seats, as well as well-thought-out interior materials, chassis tuning, and noise insulation (NVH). The driver assistance system provides a high level of comfort and safety. Li Auto emphasizes that analogues from other brands are inferior in quality, which is confirmed by comparison.
The company plans to deliver more than 8,000 i8 units by the end of September, and 10,000 cars by Independence Day. The starting price of the model is $36,100.
