A number of car dealerships selling Solaris foreign cars of Russian assembly have begun to offer customers discounts under the state program, despite the fact that, according to its terms, the cost of the purchased car should not exceed 2 million rubles. According to managers, to meet the necessary condition, you will need to conclude 2 separate agreements: the first — for an amount up to 2 million rubles, and the second — for the remaining amount of the full cost.
Teachers, doctors, disabled people, as well as military personnel and their relatives can take advantage of the discount under the state program. The state compensates 20% of the cost of new cars priced up to 2 million rubles. The discount applies to the Solaris HC (Hyundai Creta) models, the Solaris KRS sedan (Kia Rio) and the Solaris KRX hatchback (Kia Rio X). The offer does not apply to the Solaris HS sedan (formerly Hyundai Solaris) due to the low localization of the model.
At the moment, the funds initially allocated by the state to help citizens purchase a new car have been exhausted, but, as the head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Anton Alikhanov emphasized, additional funding for the program will amount to 10 billion rubles.
