Haval Sells 500,000 Cars in Russia

The Chinese brand Haval has reached a significant milestone: in the first week of September 2025, car sales in Russia exceeded 500,000 units.

It took the company 10 years of presence in the market to achieve this. Official deliveries started in 2015 with 209 cars sold, and in 2019, sales exceeded 10,000 for the first time in a year. Real growth occurred in 2023, when more than 110,000 cars were sold, and in 2024 - 190,000.

The Jolion crossover remains the sales leader, accounting for over 40% of the total volume. Haval became the second Chinese brand to reach this mark, after Chery, whose sales exceeded 600,000 units in 20 years on the market.

Other manufacturers, such as Geely, have also been operating in Russia for about 20 years, with their figures approaching 500,000.
