Tenet Rus, positioned as a Russian automaker and a potential successor to Chery in the market, raises questions among experts and consumers.
According to the registers, Tenet Rus LLC (INN 9718270000) is registered in Moscow at an address in a residential area, where 84 micro-firms are registered at the same address, often associated with fly-by-night companies. The CEO is IP Pulatov Bakhtiyor Murodzhonovich (INN 482427595108), who, according to information from open sources, is a partner of Yandex Go in Balashikha. The conditions of his taxi service: minimum trip 189 rubles, 13 rubles per km, free waiting 3 minutes.
If you enter Bakhtiyor Murodzhonovich's INN in the search, you can easily find out that the individual entrepreneur was registered in 2019, a year later he thought about liquidating his IP status, but in 2021 he changed his mind and continued to work. The main activity of the entrepreneur according to OKVED 49.32 is "Taxi activity and rental of passenger cars with a driver"
In 2024, Bakhtiyor Murodzhonovich "rose". In October, he became the CEO of Tenet Rus LLC, and two weeks later also of Jailand Rus LLC. The first produces cars under the Tenet brand, while the second is responsible for Jaecoo cars in the Russian market.
Tenet Rus is associated with the production of cars based on Chery, such as T4, T7 and T8, assembled in Kaluga at the former Volkswagen plant by the AGR holding. The brand is announced in 2025 as a joint project of AGR and Chinese Defetoo, with localization plans up to 90%. However, there is no official confirmation of the transfer of Chery's warranty obligations to Russian buyers. Chery dealers are discussing rebranding under Tenet, but Chery says it will maintain its presence in the market.
In August 2025, the portal "Chinese cars" published a screenshot with the prices of Pulatov Bakhtiyor Murodzhonovich's services in Yandex Go, where he worked as a taxi driver on a Solaris. Whether he continues his work under OKVED 49.32 now is unknown.
