JAC has announced the start of sales for the RF8 minivan in Russia. The model will be offered in a single configuration, but the price will vary: 4,599,000 rubles for corporate clients and 4,800,000 rubles for private buyers. The minivan is designed for seven people and is aimed at both family trips and business tasks, including comfortable intercity transportation.
In Russia, the RF8 is equipped with a 2.0-liter turbo engine producing 236 hp, which works in conjunction with an 8-speed automatic transmission. The equipment list includes an advanced Level 2 ADAS suite with over 30 functions: 540° surround view with "transparent chassis", automatic emergency braking forward and backward, lane keeping assist, intelligent cruise control, and sign recognition.
The interior features a 24.6-inch display with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, three-zone climate control, and an air purification system for pollen and odors. The model will be assembled in Yelabuga under two names - the original JAC RF8 and Sollers SP7, with the Russian side having the right to localize and modify the design.
