Zakord Company has started the construction of the first stage of an auto component plant in the industrial park in the Ryazan Region. This was announced by the Ryazan Region Development Corporation JSC in its official VKontakte group.
A 5-hectare plot has been allocated for the auto component plant. It will house production workshops, warehouses, and an administrative unit. Work began with the laying of the foundation. The investment in the project amounts to 1.2 billion rubles. The production is designed to create 50 jobs.
The launch of the enterprise is scheduled for the fall of this year. At the first stage, the auto component plant will produce air cabin filters for cars. In the future, the company plans to expand the range of products and increase capacity to large-scale production.
