The new Omoda C5 will go on sale in Russia in the near future. The crossover will be available in three trim levels - "Active", "Drive" and "Style". The initial price of the new Omoda C5 will be 2.35 million rubles. The model received a 1.5-liter turbo engine with 147 hp, front-wheel drive and a new robotic gearbox.
The main technical change of the new Omoda C5 is the abandonment of the variator. The manufacturer has installed a 6-speed robotic transmission with two clutches. The company explained the replacement of the gearbox by customers' requests for a faster response of the car to pressing the gas pedal.
The basic "Active" configuration is offered for 2.35 million rubles. Already in this version, the new crossover is equipped with LED headlights and taillights, front and side airbags, rear parking sensors and a rear-view camera. The cabin has two 12-inch screens, the media system supports wireless connection of a smartphone via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The average version of "Drive" is estimated at 2.5 million rubles. It received interior trim made of artificial leather, an electric driver's seat, heated second-row seats, two-zone climate control and an electric tailgate. There is also a media system with a 15-inch screen.
The maximum configuration "Style" costs 2.65 million rubles. It includes a sunroof, front seats with ventilation, an audio system with 8 speakers and a complex of electronic driver assistants, including adaptive cruise control.
