Aston Martin has unveiled the DBX GT — a new version of its crossover, in which the company has shifted the focus from maximum sportiness to comfort. However, the engine remained unchanged: the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V8 develops 727 PS (717 hp) and 900 N·m. The car accelerates to 100 km/h in 3.3 seconds, with a top speed of 310 km/h.
The main difference of the GT is the chassis settings. The shock absorbers received special valves that filter out small, high-frequency impacts from uneven asphalt. Additional longitudinal dampers between the body and the rear subframe should reduce abrupt vehicle movements.
Engineers also re-tuned the accelerator pedal and the 9-speed automatic transmission. All-wheel drive has been retained. 22-inch forged wheels with all-season tires are standard, while 23-inch wheels with summer tires are available separately.
Special attention was paid to cabin quietness. Aston Martin enhanced sound insulation in the doors, wheel arches, and luggage compartment, installed acoustic glass, and modified the exhaust system. According to the company, this improved the Articulation Index by 13% — making it easier for passengers to converse while driving.
The DBX GT also received softer seats with an additional layer of memory foam, a panoramic roof, and individual rear seats. First deliveries are scheduled for Q4 2026, and Aston Martin has not yet announced the price.
