The Sitrak C9H truck was presented at the Comvex exhibition, an evolution of the popular C7H model, which in 2024 secured Chinese manufacturer Sinotruk's leadership in truck sales in Russia, surpassing KamAZ.
The new model features improved cabin thermal insulation, modernized electronics, and a 480 hp diesel engine with a volume of 12.4 liters. The truck is adapted for the Russian market, taking into account the harsh climate and long-distance transportation.
In Russia, the Sitrak C9H is available to order at a price of 12 million rubles for the 4×2 version. In China, the model offers a more powerful option - an 840 hp 17-liter turbodiesel with a 16-speed robotic gearbox and a 6×4 wheel configuration. The fuel tank capacity has been increased to 1300 liters, which increases the range. The transmission is now 30% faster, and the drive axle, created under license from MAN, provides increased reliability.
Among the features are an intelligent engine braking system and a wide range of active safety assistants. In China, the base cost of the truck is about 70 thousand dollars, with a possible discount of up to 4%. Deliveries to Russia will be carried out by individual orders.
In Russia, Sinotruk faced an inspection that could affect the certification of Sitrak and Howo models, but the results have not yet been disclosed.
