Vladimir Putin showcased the interior of his presidential Aurus car during a trip to Tolyatti in January 2025. A video recorded by VGTRK reporter Pavel Zarubin captured the interior of the car, where the journalist and cameraman were invited by the president himself. The car is used not only for transportation, but also for working meetings with officials.
According to Putin, the Aurus is distinguished by its comfort and spacious interior, making it convenient for conducting negotiations on the road. The President emphasized that the car is entirely produced in Russia, although foreign consultants were involved in its creation. This underscores the pursuit of technological independence in the development of the representative model.
The Aurus line has been created since 2013 by order of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia. These cars are positioned as a domestic alternative to foreign limousines.
