One of the rarest SUVs, the Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet, has appeared on the Russian market. This 2018 model, one of only 99 ever produced, is priced at 92 million rubles.
The car has hardly been used: the odometer shows only 2070 km. The model is built on the basis of the classic G-class and combines technologies from several top versions, including a powerful engine and unique chassis solutions.
Under the hood is a 6-liter V12 engine from Mercedes-AMG G 65, producing 630 hp, and the suspension is based on portal axles from the G 500 4x4², providing increased ground clearance and off-road capabilities. At the same time, the rear part of the roof is folding, like a convertible, and the interior is decorated according to the standards of the flagship Maybach S-class: natural leather, premium materials and trim, designed for maximum comfort of second-row passengers.
The body is made in gray with a contrasting black roof, the car is equipped with 22-inch wheels and equipped with business-class options: separate climate control, ventilation and massage seats, as well as a multimedia system with 10-inch screens.
The car was assembled by hand at the Magna Steyr plant in Austria.
