Capacity Expansion: "Sollers" Boosts Production of Frames for ST6 and ST8 Pickups

Investments in the project amounted to about 200 million rubles

The Sollers Group has taken a significant step forward by launching localized production of frames for ST6 and ST8 pickups at its subsidiary, UAZ - Stamping Production. This project, which started on August 13, 2025, marked the release of the first pilot batch of frames on the new production line. Investments in the project amounted to about 200 million rubles, which not only increased production capacity but also created additional jobs. The design capacity of the line reaches 10.5 thousand frames per year, which corresponds to the growing demand for pickups in Russia.

The automation of the straightening process, which eliminates manual labor, ensures stable geometry and high accuracy of each frame. The production line is equipped with advanced equipment, including welding conductors, a hydraulic stand for punching holes for suspension mounting, and an automated straightening complex. These technologies guarantee quality comparable to international standards and reduce dependence on imported components.

This step strengthens Sollers' position in the pickup segment, where competition with Chinese and Russian manufacturers such as JAC and UAZ remains high.
