Sales of the Honda Crider sedan, supplied from China via parallel import schemes, have begun in Russia. The car, which is close in size to the business class, is offered at a price starting from 1.55 million rubles, which is lower than the cost of the Lada Vesta with a CVT (from 1.6 million rubles) and the Moskvich 6 liftback (from 2.53 million rubles). The Crider, built on an extended Honda Jazz platform, is available in several regions with prices up to 3.39 million rubles.
The sedan is equipped with a 1.0-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 122 hp, working with a CVT, and front-wheel drive. The standard equipment includes LED headlights, four airbags, multimedia with a touch screen, keyless entry, an electronic parking brake with AutoHold, eco-leather trim and 16-inch alloy wheels. The length of the car is 4756 mm, the wheelbase is 2730 mm, which provides a spacious interior with an armrest table.
In Zarinsk, the Crider with a paid recycling fee costs 1.799 million rubles, in Kazan - 2.12 million, in Krasnodar - 2.1 million, and from Moscow dealers - up to 3.39 million rubles. Production is carried out at the GAC-Honda plant in China, which allows maintaining a competitive price.
