On August 16, 2025, Chery introduced the Fulwin X3 and X3 Plus electric SUVs in China, with a range of 401 and 520 km. Prices for the X3 start from $12,500 to $15,300, and for the X3 Plus from $15,300 to $19,500. The models, based on the iCar 03 platform, have a similar angular design with L-shaped headlights, a roof rack, and black trim. The X3L EREV hybrid will debut on August 29 at the Chengdu Auto Show.
The Fulwin X3 measures 4327×1910×1715 mm, with a wheelbase of 2715 mm and a weight of 1722–1827 kg. The X3 Plus is larger: 4380×1916×1741 mm, weighs up to 1903 kg, and has a fording depth of 625 mm. The X3 is equipped with rear-wheel drive, a 185 kW (248 hp) motor, and batteries of 50.79 or 68.36 kWh. The X3 Plus offers all-wheel drive with an additional 70 kW (94 hp) motor.
Both models have a five-seat interior with a trunk from 450 to 1238 liters, a 9.2-inch instrument panel, and a 15.6-inch screen (2.5K in the X3 Plus) on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8155 chip. The X3 Plus is equipped with the Falcon 500 system with NOA function, and the X3 has 12 safety systems, including adaptive cruise control.
