Sales of the GAC Trumpchi S7 crossover, which is comparable in size to the Hyundai Santa Fe, have begun in Moscow. The car, with a length of 4900 mm and a wheelbase of 2880 mm, is equipped with a hybrid power plant with two electric motors, with a total output of 500 hp.
The price in Russia is 4.6 million rubles, which is comparable to the cost of a new Toyota RAV4. The trunk volume is 720 liters, and with the rear seats folded down, it increases to 2050 liters.
The hybrid system is based on a 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, providing acceleration to 100 km/h in 5.8 seconds. On electric power alone, the crossover can travel up to 200 km, and the maximum range reaches 1150 km. The basic configuration includes all-wheel drive, a head-up display, a surround-view system, adaptive cruise control, wireless charging, as well as heated, ventilated, and massage seats.
The interior is equipped with two screens (8.88 and 15.6 inches), and a 17.3-inch display is installed for rear passengers.
