The electric Porsche Cayenne features an innovative interior with an emphasis on digital technologies. The cabin is equipped with three large displays: a 14.25-inch instrument panel, an optional 14.9-inch screen for passengers, and a 12.25-inch curved OLED display on the center console that controls the climate control. There are significantly fewer physical buttons compared to the gasoline version, and the center console resembles the design of a large touch device with a convenient hand rest.
Top-end configurations offer heated armrests and center console, as well as a panoramic glass roof made of nine sections with adjustable transparency. A 113 kWh battery provides a range of over 600 km (WLTP) and supports 400 kW charging, replenishing the battery from 10% to 80% in 15 minutes. The top model develops over 1073 hp, accelerating to 100 km/h in less than 3 seconds.
The electric Cayenne is equipped with air suspension and optional rear-wheel steering, reducing the turning radius to 11.1 m. The flagship version offers ceramic brakes and an electronic differential lock. The gasoline-powered Cayenne will continue to be produced, and the electric version will complement the lineup, as with the Macan.
