A new brand from the Geely ecosystem, Nordcross, has emerged in the Russian market. In the November registration statistics, three Nordcross 001 crossovers were recorded for the first time. According to auto expert Sergey Tselikov, all cars are registered in St. Petersburg. We are talking about large seven-seater SUVs with all-wheel drive, the cost of which starts from 6.29 million rubles.
Nordcross 001 is a reworked version of Lynk & Co 09 and uses the Swedish SPA platform with a double-wishbone suspension at the front and a multi-link system at the rear. The model is equipped with a two-liter Drive-E turbo engine with 254 hp, supplemented by a 48-volt starter-generator. Paired with the power unit are an eight-speed "automatic" and an all-wheel drive system, which have retained their "Scandinavian" driving character.
The interior is designed with an emphasis on comfort: a panoramic roof with a sunroof, multimedia with a 12-inch touch screen and support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 12.3-inch digital panel, a projection on the windshield, four-zone climate control and a Bose audio system with 14 speakers. An impressive start for the debut of a new brand in Russia.
