In 2025, the revenue of Russian automotive companies amounted to 4.18 trillion rubles, which is 420 billion less than in 2024, according to the "Autostat Info" agency. The peak in sales occurred in October, when industry revenues reached 540 billion rubles, and the minimum figure was recorded in February — 231 billion rubles.
The brand ranking in December was topped by Haval, Lada, and Tenet, a brand new to Russia, which introduced three crossovers at once by the end of the year — T4, T7, and T8. The top 10 also included global brands not officially represented in the Russian market: BMW (4th place), Mercedes-Benz (6th place), and Toyota (8th place).
Analysts note that the growth in sales in November-December was provided by Lada, Geely, Tenet, Mercedes-Benz, and Changan thanks to seasonal discounts and active credit programs. These measures made it possible to compensate for some of the losses and support demand at the end of the year.
