BESTUNE has introduced a special version of the Pony Modern electric vehicle called "Sicilian Holiday." The premiere is timed to coincide with the production of the 200,000th model, which the manufacturer managed to achieve in 20 months since the electric car entered the market.
The anniversary version features a retro design and enhanced equipment. The car received a two-tone body color in a "coffee with milk" shade, a decorative chrome line around the perimeter, and bumpers styled after 1960s cars. The look is complemented by round headlight surrounds, retro spotlights, and a roof rack with wood trim.
BESTUNE Pony Modern is designed for urban use. Features include a Bluetooth key for unlocking and starting the car from a smartphone, automatic interior lighting when the doors are opened, and a slow-speed mode to simplify driving in heavy traffic. The electric vehicle's software supports over-the-air (OTA) updates.
The Pony Modern has a range of 222 km, which corresponds to typical urban usage scenarios. According to the manufacturer, the special version focuses not only on practicality but also on the emotional component, emphasizing the design character of the compact electric car.
