Almost a third of the Chinese car brand Bestune's dealerships ceased operations in Russia by the end of 2025. At the beginning of last year, the brand cooperated with 92 partners, but by the end of the year, their number had decreased to 65.
The company noted that this week, the media «spread information about a significant reduction in the brand's official dealerships last year».
In 2025, 34 dealerships closed, not 54, as indicated in online messages.
Bestune emphasized that this is not about curtailing business in Russia, but that the optimization is related to a review of the efficiency of the partner network and changes in the market.
The company added that in 2026 they will focus on supporting existing dealers, developing services, and expanding the model range adapted to Russian conditions.
Earlier it became known that the Chinese company FAW plans to localize Bestune cars in Russia.
