Lada Iskra has successfully passed the ARCAP tests, earning the maximum rating of four stars.
The testing was conducted on the SW Cross station wagon, the heaviest version of the model. The car demonstrated high structural strength and effective safety systems.
The crash tests included a frontal impact at a speed of 56 km/h with a 40 percent overlap, a side impact at a speed of 50 km/h, and a rear impact at the same speed. In an additional test at a speed of 64 km/h, the programmed deformation zone effectively absorbed the impact energy. All mannequin sensors showed a high or sufficient level of protection, without recording critical values.
Lada Iskra not only met all the requirements, but also demonstrated a significant margin of safety.
The test results confirmed that Lada Iskra meets modern safety standards.
