In July 2025, AvtoVAZ will produce 12 Lada Aura cars on the first production line, according to sources from the factory. According to the plan, 6 cars will be assembled on July 7, and another 6 on July 21.
The limited production volume is explained by the fact that dealers have significant stocks of cars produced in November and December 2024, which reduces the need for large batches.
Lada Aura is a flagship sedan built on a Lada Vesta platform extended by 25 cm. The model is equipped with a 1.8 EVO engine with 122 hp and a Chinese WLY CVT18 variator. The car features an increased wheelbase (2885 mm), a spacious interior with improved sound insulation, and leather trim in top configurations. Fuel consumption is 7.8 l/100 km in the combined cycle.
Sales of the Lada Aura began on November 30, 2024, at a price of 2.6 million rubles for the Premier configuration and up to 2.8 million rubles for the Status configuration.
