The Russian brand XCite has launched a promotion offering buyers of the X-Cross 8 crossover a certificate for four scheduled maintenance services (TO-0, TO-1, TO-2, TO-3) for 1 ruble.
According to the press service, the offer covers the cost of service and materials for 30 thousand kilometers or three years, which reduces the financial burden on owners.
The model is produced at the former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg in partnership with AvtoVAZ. XCite X-Cross 8 is a seven-seater crossover with a 1.6-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 150 hp, working with a 7-speed robotic transmission. Front-wheel or all-wheel drive versions are available.
The car is equipped with LED headlights, active safety systems, dual-zone climate control, a 12.3-inch multimedia screen with Apple CarPlay/Android Auto, an audio system with 6 or 8 speakers, and a winter package. The service is supported through the Lada dealer network.
XCite production was suspended in March 2025 due to problems with the supply of kits from Chery, which led to the accumulation of 7-10 thousand unsold cars. Sales of 1302 units in the first quarter soared to 1618 cars in June alone. At the same time, discounts reached 750 thousand rubles, which, together with the promotion for maintenance, helps to sell off stocks. AvtoVAZ assures that the brand will continue to develop, despite the difficulties.
