On July 20, the 59th anniversary of AvtoVAZ, sales of the new Lada Iskra model will start in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Tolyatti. The car, presented in sedan, station wagon, and SW Cross station wagon bodies, will be available in other regions of Russia within a few weeks. The starting price for the base Comfort version is 1.25 million rubles.
The base Comfort configuration includes driver and front passenger airbags, a stability control system, the Lada Connect telematics service, and a central locking system with remote control.
The Life version (from 1.319 million rubles) is supplemented with air conditioning, heated front seats, and mirrors. The Enjoy configuration (from 1.439 million rubles) offers cruise control, an alarm system, steering wheel reach adjustment, and the Lada Enjoy Evo multimedia system with Yandex services.
The top Techno version (from 1.579 million rubles) is equipped with heated rear seats, steering wheel, windshield, parking sensors, and a rear-view camera.
Lada Iskra is available with three power units: a 1.6 L (90 hp) engine with a 5-speed manual transmission, as well as a 1.6 L (106 hp) engine with a 6-speed manual or automatic transmission.
The localization of production exceeds 90%, and the plant's capacity allows it to produce up to 150,000 cars per year, depending on demand.
