AvtoVAZ plans to produce about 20-30 thousand Lada Iskra cars by the end of 2025. This was announced by the company's product director, Oleg Grunenkov.
However, according to him, the real volume of production of the new car will depend, first of all, on the situation on the domestic car market.
At the same time, AvtoVAZ previously stated that there would be enough capacity to assemble 150,000 Iskra cars per year.
Lada Iskra will be assembled at two production sites. In addition to Togliatti, the car will also be put on the assembly line of the former Nissan plant in St. Petersburg.
