The Autostat analytical agency reported a new peak in passenger car sales in Russia in a single week. From July 28 to August 3, 29,247 new cars were sold in the country, the highest figure for all weeks of 2025.
Among specific models, the Chinese Haval Jolion crossover took first place, surpassing Lada Granta in sales - 1,523 cars were sold against 1,437.
The third position was taken by the Belgee X50 crossover assembled in Belarus, which was purchased by 1,003 buyers during the week. The remaining models failed to reach the mark of a thousand units sold.
Among the brands, Lada is in first place, providing 22.3% of the total sales volume for the week. Haval and Chery took second and third places with shares of 12% and 10%, respectively.
