Great Wall has introduced the updated Tank 500 SUV, which has caused a stir among buyers. In the first two hours of sales in China, 12,257 cars were sold. This demand underscores the popularity of the model, but the manufacturer does not disclose which configurations were most in demand.
Tank 500 is available in four versions with three power plants: two hybrid systems with 408 and 877 horsepower, as well as a 3.0-liter turbocharged V6 engine. The cost of the car ranges from $52,000 to $58,000.
The SUV received improved equipment, including an autonomous driving system with lidar, which is already available in the basic configuration.
