The GAC Toyota joint venture has announced an unprecedented support program for owners of the Toyota bZ3X electric crossover. The company assumes lifetime responsibility for cases of spontaneous combustion of the traction battery, electric motor, or control electronics. In the event of such an incident, the manufacturer undertakes to replace the car with a new one without the need to contact the insurance company.
In addition, GAC Toyota guarantees coverage of all expenses related to accidents caused by malfunctions in the intelligent parking assistance system. This includes car repairs and compensation for damage to third parties.
This program applies to all Toyota bZ3X owners, both new and current, and is valid for the entire period of ownership of the car, regardless of warranty status.
