Large batch of Avatr 07 delivered to Russia

A large batch of premium Avatr 07 crossovers has been spotted in Russian warehouses before the official premiere, according to Autonews.ru correspondents. The cars, which arrived at one of the parking lots, are awaiting certification for subsequent distribution to dealerships. Avatr, created with the participation of Changan, Huawei, and CATL, debuted with the 07 model in China in the spring of 2024. Specifications have not yet been disclosed in Russia, but in China, the crossover is available in electric and hybrid versions with a minimum price of about 2.37 million rubles. The cost in Russia is expected to be higher.

Avatr became the first brand in Russia to offer a lifetime warranty on its cars, which is valid for the first owner until resale. This program is already applied to the Avatr 11 model, which went on sale in 2025. The cost of the Avatr 11 starts from 6.95 million rubles for the rear-wheel drive version and from 7.6 million rubles for the all-wheel drive version. Avatr 07 is likely to continue this policy, strengthening the brand's position in the premium crossover market.

The production of Avatr 07 is supported by Changan, Huawei, which is responsible for the software, and CATL, which supplies batteries. The hybrid version in China is equipped with a 39 kWh battery, providing up to 220 km of electric range and more than 1000 km in mixed mode thanks to a 1.5-liter engine. The appearance of the Avatr 07 batch before the premiere indicates active preparation for the launch, which is expected by the end of 2025, increasing competition in the premium SUV segment.
