The Haval Dargo Plus SUV, known in the Chinese market as the Haval Big Dog Plus, will go on sale on September 15. The model is a modernized version of the second generation, with prices starting from $18,900 in standard sales and from $15,700 during the pre-sale period. The car combines an updated exterior and improved technical parameters, targeting buyers looking for a balance between style and functionality.
The design of the Haval Dargo Plus includes a new radiator grille with a backlit logo for increased recognition, black wheel arch linings with exposed rivets, and polygonal taillights that complement the overall look. The interior retains a minimalist approach: a straight center console with a 14.6-inch "floating" display creates a technological atmosphere, and the traditional gear lever is replaced by an aviation-style one, making the space more compact and convenient.
The dimensions of the model are: length 4705 mm, width 1908 mm, height 1780 mm, wheelbase 2810 mm, which positions it as a mid-size SUV. Under the hood is a plug-in hybrid system with a 1.5-liter turbo engine with a capacity of 154-167 hp, depending on the version, plus electric motors with 177 or 299 hp. The range on pure electricity according to the NEDC cycle varies from 50 to 105 km, providing economy in urban conditions.
