The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has included a version of the "Moskvich 3" crossover with steering wheel control in a special program. It regulates special conditions for the purchase of cars for people with disabilities.
Under the program, military personnel with combat experience can purchase such a "Moskvich 3" with a preferential discount of 40% of the car's cost.
To apply for a loan, the borrower must provide documents confirming the existence of the corresponding status.
The "Moskvich 3 RU" model has a lever to the left of the steering wheel, which is connected to the pedal drives via a system of cables and rods.
Control is carried out by moving the lever away from you ("brake") and towards you ("gas"). The installation of the manual control system is carried out on the assembly line of the eponymous metropolitan plant.
All cars have a manufacturer's warranty.
