Kirill Larin, the creator of eCredit, has launched his new project - a leasing service for clients who, for various reasons, are denied bank loans. Only used cars older than 7 years will be available for purchase. The main feature of the project is an AI-scoring system for clients, which is currently undergoing the patenting process. During 7 months of testing, the project attracted 50 car dealerships and issued 80 cars. By the end of 2026, the expected number of transactions is 11,000 cars.
Among other non-standard solutions of the platform is the monetization model. Unlike the usual scheme, where financial organizations pay dealers for the opportunity to present their product, Appruvo, on the contrary, receives a percentage of the amount of each financed car.
The scheme is simple, but not familiar to a wide audience. A buyer who, for some reason, cannot get a loan to buy a used car from banks, gets the opportunity to lease a car from us. This is possible because three parties invest in each transaction: Appruvo itself, the leasing company, and third-party lenders (for example, a company, an MFI, or a bank). At the same time, the rate is regulated by Appruvo, which allows us to set it ourselves, without raising it to the conditions of the same MFIs.
AI-scoring is a development directly from Kirill Larin's team, which works with several credit bureaus, billing, and collection services.
In 2024-2025, half of Russians planning to buy a used car were denied loans by banks. Indeed, some of these clients can indeed be classified as high-risk. But the vast majority of borrowers are dealing with the fatal consequences of non-fatal errors - payment delays 2-3 years ago or even earlier, 25 rubles not paid to the bank that you forgot about, credit mistakes of youth. We have developed a scoring system that is based on three factors: analysis of credit history, analysis of bank statements, and an interview with the client to verify their overall adequacy. This scoring system has proven itself very well during the beta test
The service provides roles for the seller and the buyer. The former receives a universal personal account to track the status of applications, communicate with the service, and so on, while for buyers, a mini-application has been implemented in Telegram, in which they can track their applications and transactions, make payments, and receive all the documentation relating to car leasing.
