Preparing a car for winter will cost Russians an average of 35–40 thousand rubles. Compared to last year, costs have increased by 16%.
According to experts, only one in five motorists prepares their vehicle for the winter season. Approximately 45% change tires, wipers and windshield washer fluid. Another 5% of car owners do not use cars in the winter.
The cost of preparation has increased significantly. If you limit yourself to seasonal maintenance without buying new tires, the average check today is about 15–20 thousand rubles.
Ozhogin added that the main burden on the budget is formed precisely by winter tires. As a result, the preparation of a car "turnkey" reaches 40–45 thousand rubles, and for crossovers and business class — even more.
