The Chinese SUV Tank 300 may receive a Russian residence permit - the model is being considered for the assembly line of one of the Avtotor holding's enterprises, reports the "Chinese Automobiles" portal. The company has already submitted documents for certification and registration of the Vehicle Type Approval.
The Russian version provides for modifications with gasoline engines with a capacity of 216 to 238 hp and a four-wheel drive system. Imported Tank 300s with a 2.0-liter turbo engine (220 hp) and an 8-speed automatic transmission are currently on sale.
Depending on the version, the SUV is equipped with one of two all-wheel drive systems: with a rigid connection of the front axle and a downshift (Part-Time) or with a clutch in the front wheel drive (Torque on Demand). Both versions are equipped with a downshift.
The cost of the Tank 300 on the Russian market ranges from 4.2 to 4.95 million rubles, excluding current promotions.
