Updated Tank 300 Prepares for Russian Debut

It became known what will change

The updated Tank 300 SUV will soon appear on the Russian market, which received its first major update after two years of sales. The car retained its signature brutal look, but acquired a number of improvements in design and equipment. Versions with Part-Time and Torque-on-Demand all-wheel drive now differ in external details: the City version has door handles, mirror housings and arch extensions painted in body color, and new 18-inch alloy wheels have also appeared.

The interior received a stylish red and black trim, and in the Premium and City Premium versions, the ceiling became dark gray. For fans of classics, a digital instrument panel with round scales is offered. Sound insulation has been improved thanks to double glazing, and an updated steering wheel and wireless charging for smartphones are standard.

Under the hood, everything remains the same — a 2-liter turbo engine with 220 hp, an 8-speed automatic and all-wheel drive. The Tank 300 remains the brand's most popular model in Russia, accounting for 54% of the brand's sales.
