A new compact crossover Nissan Magnite, produced in India since 2020, has appeared on the Russian market. After the 2024 restyling, the model reached Russia for the first time - so far in the form of a single copy, put up for sale in Moscow for 3,000,000 rubles, according to the publication "Auto News of the Day".
Judging by the photos, the announcement offers an export version with a left-hand drive. The standard equipment of the Indian crossover includes six airbags, a stabilization system, a two-tone fabric interior, multimedia with support for Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a leather multi-steering wheel with contrasting stitching, a three-level heated front seats, an engine start button and a digital instrument panel.
The model is equipped with a 1.0-liter turbocharged engine with a capacity of 100 hp and a torque of 160 Nm, working with a variator and front-wheel drive. For India, there is also a version with a 72 hp atmospheric engine and "mechanics" or "robot". It is noteworthy that in its homeland the crossover is almost three times cheaper: the top version is estimated at 1.08 million rupees - about 977 thousand rubles, while the basic version is sold for about 771 thousand rubles, that is, cheaper than Lada Granta in the initial configuration.
