The "Atom" electric car has reached a key stage in the program to launch the car into production. The assembly of the first PT series car has been completed on the assembly line, after which sales will begin.
The manufacturing company explained that the PT (Plant Trial) series is necessary to approve and test the entire production chain process in serial mode.
At the same time, PT-series cars are full-fledged cars, created using the same technologies and standards that will be used in mass production.
In terms of size, the "Atom" electric car is comparable to the Lada Granta in the hatchback body. Length — 3995 mm, width — 1780 mm, ground clearance — 170 mm, wheel disks from 17 to 19 inches are provided. "Atom" received a fully independent suspension of the "MacPherson" type in front and a multi-link independent suspension in the rear.
The power plant can develop 204 hp, a 77-kilowatt battery will allow you to travel up to 500 km without recharging. When charging at a powerful station, eight minutes will be enough to gain energy to overcome 100 km.
