Exeed has introduced the ET5 crossover in China, which is almost indistinguishable from the Porsche Macan in appearance, but costs several times less: from 145 to 160 thousand yuan (1.6-1.75 million rubles).
The hybrid powertrain produces 421 horsepower, acceleration to hundreds takes 7.6 seconds, the range on pure electricity is 210 km, and the total mileage exceeds 1300 km. The top version received a lidar and the Falcon 700 autonomous driving system on the Journey 6P chip.
Inside is the luxury of a premium class: three screens (10 + 15.6 + 12.3 inches), a media system on Snapdragon 8255 with support for HiCar, CarPlay and karaoke mode, an audio system 7.1.4 with 21 speakers, seats with massage and ventilation, active noise cancellation and 50-watt wireless charging. Dimensions of 4780×1890×1720 mm and a wheelbase of 2800 mm guarantee spaciousness even in the second row.
So far, the ET5 is sold only in China, but with such characteristics and price, it has already made German competitors nervous. If Exeed decides to enter the global market, the premium segment will face a real stir.
