A man bought a used Chery Tiggo 8 Pro from "Business Car". The car had only 13 thousand km, was in perfect condition and under warranty.
But after two months, the car turned into a headache: motor oil leaked. The service "treated" the symptom four times, but the leak returned. The car risked being left without an engine.
After the intervention of lawyers, the dealer conducted an examination. A factory defect was revealed - the seam came apart during the casting of the part. It was pointless to repair. "Business Car" agreed to return 2.9 million rubles, exactly how much the car cost.
But the story did not end there. Lawyers pointed out: the car has already become more expensive, which means that the damage should be compensated based on the current cost - 3.7 million rubles. The dealer dragged out the time, but as soon as he saw the lawsuit, he immediately transferred the entire amount. As a result, the buyer received compensation above the price of the car.
