The President called this measure an attempt by the Ministry of Finance to obtain additional income for technological development

The increased recycling fee in Russia will not be forever. The head of state Vladimir Putin stated this at a joint direct line and press conference in Gostiny Dvor.

The President stated that the increase in the recycling fee is an attempt by the Ministry of Finance to obtain additional income for a “noble goal” — technological development.
