The second model of the revived "Volga" brand has passed certification in Russia. The car has received a Vehicle Type Approval (OTTS), which allows it to start mass sales.
Documents were issued for the Volga C50 model, which became a clone of the Geely Preface. The sedan was certified with a 2-liter gasoline engine in two versions — with a capacity of 150 and 200 hp, which is combined with a seven-speed robotic transmission. The drive is only front-wheel drive.
Currently, the Geely Preface is sold in Russia in two trim levels at a price of 3.36 million and 3.57 million rubles, respectively (excluding discounts).
The length of the car is 4825 mm, the wheelbase is 2800 mm. The model is offered only with a 200-horsepower two-liter turbo engine.
A few days ago, the Volga K50, which is a rebranded Geely Monjaro, was also certified in Russia.
