AvtoVAZ to Index Lada Prices by an Average of 0.5% in January 2026

Production plan for 2026 will increase to 400,000 vehicles

In January 2026, AvtoVAZ will index prices for Lada cars by an average of 0.5% across the entire model range, and will also significantly reduce the cost of the Largus station wagon and the flagship Aura sedan. The production plan for 2026 will be increased to 400,000 vehicles.

The price tag for Lada Aura has been reduced by 354 thousand rubles — to 2.25 million rubles (–14%), Lada Largus will become cheaper by 73 thousand rubles — to 1.59 million rubles (–3.8%).

Prices for cars of the Lada Vesta family will practically not change. The initial cost of Granta will be 850 thousand rubles, Iskra — 1.28 million rubles.

Despite the objective inflationary factors of 2025 and the introduced tax changes, we found an opportunity to reduce costs to maintain this year's prices in 2026.

AvtoVAZ also confirmed plans to update the model range, including equipping the Niva Legend with a new 1.8-liter engine, launching the Azimut crossover, and introducing the Vesta Sport to the market.
