In 2025, the most frequent culprits of accidents in Russia were drivers born under the signs of Capricorn and Leo. Taurus, Aries, and Cancer also made it into the top five of the anti-rating. This was reported by "Insurance House VSK," which studied the annual statistics on compulsory motor insurance.
Analysts pointed out that compared to last year, Cancer made it into the top again, while Gemini, on the contrary, began to drive more carefully. At the same time, Sagittarius and Scorpio continue to demonstrate the lowest accident rate.
Also, according to the insurer, the most accident-prone drivers were car owners aged 40-49 (especially Aries and Leos). Representatives of the Sagittarius and Scorpio signs under the age of 29 are less likely than others in their age category to get into accidents. Among Capricorns, the most careful drivers were those aged 50-59.
It is noted that Capricorns, who are leading in the anti-rating, should be careful about choosing Hyundai cars - accidents involving cars of this brand account for 10.4% of accidents among representatives of the sign. Kia models are considered more reliable for them. Toyota cars are considered safer for Leos, Hyundai cars are best suited for Taurus, Toyota for Aries, and Cancer should pay attention to Lada.
