Porsche car deliveries decreased by 10% to 279,449 vehicles in 2025. In 2024, the number was 310,718 units, which emphasizes the annual reduction in volume.
The most noticeable drop was recorded in China, -26%. In Germany, Porsche car deliveries decreased by 16%, and in the rest of Europe by 13%. At the same time, the company noted stable growth in deliveries in the North American market, which partially compensated for the decline in other regions.
In Europe, an additional factor was the new EU rules in the field of cybersecurity, which affected the withdrawal and certification of individual models. In China, Porsche faced increased competition in the luxury car and electric vehicle segment, where local and international brands are more active.
In December 2025, Porsche announced the recall of 173,500 vehicles due to a malfunction of the rear-view camera. The campaign affected the Cayenne, Cayenne E-Hybrid, 911, Taycan, Panamera 2024–2025 models, as well as the Panamera E-Hybrid 2025. The company does not directly link the recall to the dynamics of deliveries, but it coincided with a period of general sales decline.
