Collection of Cars from the USSR Era Discovered in St. Petersburg

"Pobeda", "Volga", and "Moskvich" Cars Found Forgotten Under the Snow in a Courtyard on Ligovsky Prospekt

A parking lot of forgotten Soviet retro cars has been discovered in St. Petersburg. Photos of the cars parked in the courtyard on Ligovsky Prospekt were published by the Telegram channel "RetroBus: direct injection".

The photographs show cars from the USSR era — GAZ-M20 "Pobeda", "Volga", and several "Moskvich" models. All the vehicles are standing in the open air, covered with a thick layer of snow and, judging by external signs, have not been used by the owner for a long time.

Fans of the Soviet automotive industry noted that the presented cars belong to early versions of their models. For this reason, the "courtyard collection" has already been called potentially valuable from a historical point of view.

At the same time, in the comments, users doubt that such a collection is approved by the residents of the house. The cars occupy several parking spaces in the yard, which may cause inconvenience to neighbors. Information about the owner of the cars and their future fate is not yet available.
