Sales of Russian-assembled Solaris cars in January–February 2026 reached 3,040 units. This is 24% more compared to the same period last year, when 2,458 cars were sold.
Despite the increase in sales, the brand ranks 10th in the Russian market, and this position may change. The fact is that the production of Solaris cars at the plant in St. Petersburg has actually been suspended.
In 2026, not a single car was produced at the plant. The last cars rolled off the assembly line in December 2025. In total, just over 70,000 Solaris cars were produced at this plant from March 2024 to December 2025.
Since the start of sales in Russia, about 52,500 cars of the brand have been sold. It is estimated that there are approximately 17,500 cars remaining in warehouses. At the current rate of sales, these stocks may last until the end of 2026.
