Rolls-Royce Changes Its Approach to Luxury: Coachbuild Collection or an Exclusive Club by Invitation

Members will have access to the development and testing of unique cars, as well as special events

Rolls-Royce has introduced the Coachbuild Collection — a new format for individual car manufacturing. This program is designed for a limited circle of clients, creating a kind of exclusive VIP club.

The project has become a development of the coachbuilding direction, within which the Sweptail, Boat Tail, and Droptail models were previously created.

Within the framework of the new program, cars will have a completely original body and will be produced in strictly limited quantities. All models will be certified for public roads, while their design will not be repeated.

This is something the world of super-luxury has never seen before.
Chris Brownridge, CEO of Rolls-Royce

The first project will be fully electric. It is assumed that it will be based on the Rolls-Royce Spectre platform. At the same time, the company does not exclude the use of V12 engines in future cars.

The program also includes personal trips. Clients will be able to visit design centers, test sites, and workshops. In addition, closed events are planned in different countries, where the concept of future cars will be revealed.

Earlier motoram.ru reported on Rolls-Royce's intentions to move away from the strategy of full electrification.
