Mercedes-AMG continues to reveal details of the new Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door electric sedan. The prototype has already shown power up to 1341 hp, but the production characteristics have not yet been confirmed. The model will receive three axial-flow electric motors with the option of rear or all-wheel drive.
The dynamics management system includes three modes: Response, Agility, and Traction. The first regulates the response of the motors, the second — the behavior in corners, including torque redistribution and controlled drift, the third offers nine levels of traction control.
The braking system is combined: carbon-ceramic at the front and steel discs at the rear. The suspension includes pneumatic elements, semi-active stabilizers, and adjustable shock absorbers, which allows combining comfort and handling.
The battery is equipped with a direct cooling system using non-conductive oil. This should ensure stable operation under high loads in all conditions.
The model is expected to premiere in the spring of 2026. The price, according to forecasts, will exceed the current range of the gasoline version from $102,000 to $200,500 (from 8,193,000 to 16,105,000 rubles).
