Chery unveiled the Tiggo X at the Beijing Auto Show as the new flagship of its SUV lineup. The model boasts 476 hp and a range of over 1500 km, targeting the segment of large hybrid crossovers with three rows of seats.
Its dimensions are 5050×1960×1800 mm, with a wheelbase of 2950 mm. Approximately 85% of the structure uses high-strength steel. The interior is designed for seven seats.
The powertrain includes 1.5T or 2.0T engines with a hybrid system. The combined output reaches 476 hp, with a torque of 630 N·m. The plug-in hybrid version provides up to 200 km on electric power and over 1500 km of total range.
The car is equipped with MRC adaptive suspension and the Snow Leopard all-wheel-drive system. This enhances stability and off-road capability. The Falcon Pilot 700 system with lidar supports L2-level functions, including assisted driving under driver supervision.
The introduction of the Tiggo X reflects Chery's strategy to strengthen its position in the large hybrid SUV segment.
